    Arson

This project involves a team of dedicated educators delivering arson awareness. The session involves a series of videos highlighting the dangers of fire related incidents.

    Road Traffic Collisions (RTC)

This project is a hard hitting, sometimes graphic, deeply thought provoking, life changing experience. The aim is to change young people’s attitude towards road safety.

RTCs are the biggest killer of 17-24 year olds; on average 9 people a day are killed

The main focus areas are driving behaviour, seat belts, drugs/drink and speeding
  • Arson About

Stop Watch Theatre group go on tour yearly, during which they perform a 45 minute production to approximately 200 school children from across the Borough.

The production tells a story of typical incident involving a school, which ends in tragedy. Following the performance a 30 minute workshop takes place. The message is pushed even further by getting interaction from the audience
  • Sandwell Electronic Evaluation Project

This pioneering project is currently used to monitor and review the thoughts, attitudes of young people who have experienced the RTC road show.

The next part of the process involves the same people submitting their ‘attitude approach’ and thoughts after receiving the input. This is then collated, which evolves to give a ‘true’ picture of how these people have changed their attitudes.
