Our three year Corporate Strategy sets out our priorities and key drivers for the period 2008 - 2011. This strategy signposts work that will help shape the medium term future of the service, by engaging with officers and Members and details how the Service will need to look and what we will need to do, to meet the needs of those we serve in 5 years' time.
