Making West Midlands Safer 2011-2015
The Plan is our new corporate document outlining the strategic priorities and specific objectives for the forthcoming 3 year period. It includes proposals arising from integrated risk management analysis and outcomes from the recent consultation undertaken with customers, stakeholders and staff.
The Plan only contains information pertaining to the direction of the organisation and will be continually updated and refreshed. This ensures that it incorporates emerging themes or changes in direction or priorities as a consequence of external or internal influences.
The basis of the document is the organisation’s Corporate Priorities which will drive improvement. These are;
Under each of these is a series of strategic “We Will” objectives which detail what specifically we intend to do and how it will be achieved in respect of each of the priorities.
