Fire Safety Complaints
If you have a complaint regarding the fire safety in any premises, please contact your local Fire Safety Centre between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. Outside these hours please contact your nearest Fire Station. The contact numbers can be found at the bottom of the page.
The information you give us will be kept in the strictest confidence.
The matter will be dealt with by a trained Fire Safety Inspecting Officer within 3 working days.
